Perishable Goods: Plants and seeds are living agricultural products. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions documented below.
1. Eligible Returns
- Wrong product received
- Dead on arrival (within 48 hours, with photos)
- Severe transit damage
- Missing items
- Lost shipment
2. Not Eligible
- Minor transit stress (recovers naturally)
- Death after 48 hours
- Germination failure
- Change of mind
3. Process
Track & Support → within 48 hours → photos required → review in 2–3 days.
4. Resolution
Prepaid: refund to original method (7–10 days). COD: bank transfer (7–10 days). Free replacement if available.
