4. Account Requirements

5. Orders & Payment

Confirmed after payment/COD acceptance.
May be cancelled by us for stock/fraud/pricing issues.
COD includes ₹50 handling charge.

6. Plant Disclaimer

We dispatch healthy, well-rooted plants. Growth after delivery depends on your care, climate, soil, and watering habits. We cannot guarantee growth outcomes. Minor transit stress (leaf yellowing, temporary wilting) is normal and plants typically recover within a week.

7. Liability

Not liable for post-delivery plant death or germination failure. Maximum liability equals product price.

8. Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
